How do I choose the right size?

Start with our Size Guide and compare your measurements to the chart before ordering. When you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up — costumes fit more comfortably with a little room, especially layered Halloween looks.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, and you'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves us. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier conditions, so please allow extra time during the busy Halloween season.

Will my costume arrive in time for Halloween?

We recommend ordering by mid-October for the best chance of Halloween arrival. We can't guarantee a specific delivery date, since transit times are up to the carriers — but ordering early gives your costume the best shot at arriving with time to spare.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a return or exchange. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

What are the costumes made of?

Most of our costumes are made from general polyester blends and similar costume fabrics, with accessories in assorted materials like plastic, foam, and faux fabrics. Check individual product descriptions for specific material details.

How do I size a pet costume?

Measure your pet's neck, chest (around the widest part of the ribcage), and back length (from neck to base of tail), and weigh them if you can. Match those numbers to the pet sizing chart on our Size Guide page. When between sizes, size up — your pet should be able to move, sit, and breathe comfortably.

Are the masks and accessories one-size-fits-all?

Many masks and accessories are designed to fit most adults or most kids, as noted in the product description. Straps and elastic bands on most masks are adjustable. If a product runs small or large, we'll say so in the description.
