Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mr. Boo Costumes. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. During Halloween season, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take longer. We will notify you of significant delays affecting your order.

Shipping destinations, rates, and delivery estimates

We ship to the United States. Additional Shipping Fees are Required outside of 48 Continental States Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated transit times after dispatch Vary Depending on SHIPPING METHOD OR DESTINATION. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, and other unexpected events may affect delivery.

If you need your costume for Halloween, a party, or another specific event, please order early and allow time for both processing and shipping.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after receiving the package.

Shipping address and order changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at FashionationUSA3@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but changes may not be possible after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at FashionationUSA3@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please retain the packaging and include photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
